Singapore, 19 August 2024 – Associate Professor Dr. Wan Fadzlina Wan Muhd Shukeri from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) has secured the 2024 Rising Star Grant Award at the Asia Pacific Intensive Care Symposium (APICS) in Singapore. Her study, “Enhancing Critical Care Outcomes in Malaysia: Bridging the Gaps in Intensive Care Practices,” received a grant of SGD 5,000.
This is a collaborative effort with co-investigators Associate Professor Dr. Shahnaz Hasan from Universiti Malaya (UM) and Associate Professor Dr. Aliza Mohammad Yusof from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), under the mentorship of Professor Dato Dr. Mohd Basri Mat Nor from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Together, they also lead the MSIC Research Group Management 2024/2025.
