CARE-ICU
CriticAl monitoring and Response for ICU nurses
This one-day workshop is conducted by Intensivists and consists of 8 lectures on various ICU topics which include haemodynamic and basic mechanical ventilation, followed by 4 skill stations.
Critically ill patients in the ICU require holistic and dedicated care by a skilled nurse. In order to keep abreast with current evidence, Malaysian Society of Intensive Care have designed CARE-ICU (CriticAl monitoring and REsponse for ICU nurses) with the aim of educating, updating and reinforcing the required skills and knowledge.
